AI – fast and efficient preparation of training and exam questions
The recent explosion of artificial intelligence has completely changed business processes, re-evaluated certain jobs, and put previously unimagined super-intelligent tools in the hands of employees. At t-method, we have been following the changes closely and, although we were initially skeptical about the quality of AI capabilities in work, we have found points where we can gain a very serious advantage with solutions like ChatGPT and save up to 20 hours per week on repetitive and administrative tasks, so that we can then do much more profitable work!
AI supported – training and exam question creation
The first such area where we started developing and implementing AI is Training Management. In the case of AI-supported training design, we have the opportunity to create complete educational materials (for example, from PDF), with chapters, lessons, slide sequences, in a few minutes with the help of AI, which would normally require several hours of work. Of course, it is worth checking the slide sequences afterwards, but it is perfectly suitable for creating smaller trainings, work instructions and machine usage descriptions. In addition, for any educational material, we can easily create exam questions, with specific answers and marking the correct answer. We handle all of this in a controlled manner, meaning we can create educational materials and exam tests based on predefined texts and files, which means that we cannot use artificial intelligence for any other task and thus we cannot cause unnecessary costs to the company, but we do not get uninteresting answers for our money. The AI response is not just a simple text message, but integrated with the t-method software, it performs specific tasks and works that a simple cloud AI could not. This is what turns Large Language Models from an interesting thing into a truly useful tool.
Is it worth it?
Artificial intelligence is worth using for any size of work, as you have to pay for it per call (in the case of a cloud service), so if there is less work, the cost is also lower. An educational or exam material costs approximately 0.05-0.1 dollars, or 15-37 forints. If the company has its own AI model, it can also be easily integrated into the t-method system, so there is no need to calculate the prices per call. What about Information security?
The function creates a controlled connection between the LLM and the software and we can only send specific files, so the connection is completely secure. If we use a cloud LLM, such as ChatGPT, then it is necessary to conclude a confidentiality agreement with the company, an example of which we have already seen. If we do not trust such external service providers, we can also operate it with Artificial Intelligence running on our own server.

AI-supported functions will soon be of great help to manufacturing companies in administration and control tasks. Training planning is just the beginning. Another project of ours aims to support Audit preparations with AI. The Audit question list can sometimes be very long and complex, which can mean several weeks of work for one person. In the case of an information security audit, for example, we have to answer more than 2000 questions and check hundreds of pages of documents. AI can help by answering the questions and ensuring the authenticity of your answer with appropriate references, so we can avoid the appearance of incorrect information. In addition, with the help of the software, we can also set up a warning system that indicates at a specific time before the audit what non-compliance problems there are in the company, significantly facilitating the audit preparation processes.
